- Conrad founded JOCO Films. Since then, he has produced four films, “Bottom Out” (2004), “”Woods of Evil” (2006), “Maya’s Soul” (2006), and “Street Revenge” (anticipated 2008 release). Maverick Entertainment Group distributed all films as straight-to-video releases. He is also the Director for “Twists of Fate,” scheduled for release in late 2008. Conrad is preparing to release his first novel, “King of Stowevillage” in the fall of 2007. He also began his second novel “Partner’s Don’t Bow Down.”

After doing a twenty-year bid in a federal maximum-security prison, Kilon Johnson comes home to his old neighborhood that once stood as the Hartford housing project "Stowevillage".
Now a changed man, Kilon's focus is no longer on the streets that gave him the name "King of Stowevillage", but on taking care of his mother and making a better life for himself. Kilon’s return to society starts out uneventful until his past catches up with him.
His new life slowly begins to unravel and Kilon is lured back into the life that sent him away for twenty years. Kilon is faced with making life choices, which will seal his fate.
